Nintendo has revealed that it will launch a white Wii U premium pack in Japan on July 13th. Right now those who want a white-coloured Wii U have no choice but to get the Basic Pack, which only has 8GB of storage and lacks the Deluxe Digital Promotion, while the black Premium/Deluxe Pack offers the promotion and 32GB of data to save downloaded games on. The white premium pack will cost 31,500 yen, the same as the black one.

Nintendo also announced a new battery pack for the Wii U GamePad, which promises 5-8 hours of battery life, as opposed to the original 3-5. It will have to be installed into the controller by the user, and it will cost 3,000 yen.

Finally, a Nintendo Land bundled with a Wii Remote Plus controller will be released for 5,985 yen, on July 13th, the same day as the white Wii U premium pack. The controller and the game will both still be available as standalone products. All of these have only been announced for Japan but we should see them in the west soon.
