Mario Kart 8 is now available worldwide

The wait is over: Mario Kart 8 has finally launched for Wii U worldwide on May 31. The high-octane racing game is available for $59.99 / €59.99 / £44.99 in stores and on the Nintendo eShop. 

Today also marks the launch of the Mario Kart 8 Wii U bundle, which includes a Wii U and a copy of Mario Kart 8, and in North America, a Mario Wii Wheel and Mario Wii Remote Plus are also included, for €299.99 / £239.99 in Europe and $329.99 in North America. 

If you live in Europe, Australia or North America, don't forget to register your game on Club Nintendo before July 31 to claim a download code for another Wii U game! Players in North America can choose from New Super Mario Bros. U, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, Pikmin 3, and Wii Party U; and players in Europe can choose from those plus Nintendo Land, Game & Wario, Sonic Lost World, Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games, The Wonderful 101, and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
